ORDERING
Flower availability may vary on specific dates; not all flowers are consistently in stock at all times. Rest assured that we will always create your order with your best interest in mind. In an instance where the focal flower is compromised, we will inform you immediately to discuss an alternative or a refund. For minor changes to the arrangement, we will give ourselves the liberty to pick the best blooms in replacement; keeping in mind the original aesthetic of your choice.

Before placing your order, it is best to consult us via Instagram to make sure that all flowers will be sourced for your chosen arrangement.

PAYMENT
Our online shop accepts Gcash/Bank Transfer as mode of payment with added fees if processed through this website. To avoid the said fees, choose "CASH" as your payment method and we will message you through Instagram or Facebook to settle the fees.

DELIVERY
In-house arranged delivery is P200 in Metro Manila through Lalamove/Grab/Move It. You may choose to have it delivered on a specific hour (starts at 8AM) but we are not in control of the arrival; so consider that before choosing the dispatch time. For deliveries outside Metro Manila, you may have it picked-up in our studio using a courier of your choice. Address will be sent through Instagram/Facebook as well.
